I have worked in advertising and communications for 20 years, and have been a people leader for the latter 15 of those years. I have experienced firsthand what it takes to earn a promotion (I have been promoted 9 times) and have also managed, coached, and mentored hundreds of professionals to date, helping them navigate the world of work and achieve their career ambitions.
